Error code 1000 indicates that the socket motor is unable to move the locking mechanism into the required position (locked or unlocked) within the expected time. As a result, the charger triggers an error and cannot start a charging session.
Has the charger been able to charge properly in the past?
Visually inspect both the charging plug and the socket to check for any obstacles (dirt or foreign objects) that may prevent the plug from being inserted fully.
Please open the charger and check whether the power cables are obstructing the socket’s locking mechanism.
Inspect the cables connected to the Socket PCB. Check for any damage and verify that they are correctly connected and in the right order. In some cases, these cables can become pinched when the charger is closed.
Also make sure the cable is inserted fully and securely into the socket. If possible, try another cable to see if the issue persists.
