Peblar Cloud is the collective name for the cloud ecosystem that powers connected Peblar chargers. When authorized by the Peblar end user, Peblar Cloud provides the digital foundation for remote monitoring, management, integrations, and support services across the Peblar charging portfolio.
Rather than being a single product, Peblar Cloud currently consists of three distinct cloud services, each serving a specific audience and purpose:
| Service | Primary User | Purpose |
| Connect Hub | Installers | Remote monitoring and management of installations |
| Cloud API | Integration Partners | Secure system integrations with selected other platforms (e.g. Enode) |
| Service Platform | Peblar Customer Support | Diagnostics and technical assistance |
Together, these services create a connected ecosystem that helps installers, integration partners, and our support team deliver a better charging experience to end users.
Connect Hub
It's a centralized platform where certified partners can securely onboard chargers, configure settings with confidence, access real-time diagnostics, and remotely resolve issues. With visibility and control, installation is faster and smarter.

Cloud API
The Cloud API allows selected and authorized partners (e.g. Enode) to integrate their applications and services with selected Peblar chargers through a secure cloud-based interface.
Instead of communicating directly with individual chargers (via e.g. a primary backoffice), partners can connect through the Peblar Cloud API, simplifying integrations while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
Service Platform
The Service Platform is the internal system used by the Peblar Customer Support team to assist installers and end users.
By providing access to charger diagnostics, operational data, and troubleshooting tools, the platform enables support agents to investigate and resolve issues more quickly and effectively. Resulting in faster resolution times, improved support quality, and reduced downtime.
