Peblar Connect Hub gives certified installers remote access to chargers for onboarding, configuration and diagnostics. To use it, Connect Hub must be enabled on the charger and the installer needs the installer PIN.
Enable Connect Hub on the charger
Open the web interface, go to Settings, then Remote access, and switch on Enable Peblar Connect Hub.
Find the installer PIN
The six digit installer PIN is printed in newer versions of the quick install guide. If it is not there, you find it in the web interface under Settings, Remote access, Installer PIN. Make sure the charger runs the latest firmware.
Getting access as an installer
Connect Hub is only available to certified installers. Complete the training in the Peblar Academy; after that it can take up to one business day before your account is approved.
