If you charge a company car or lease car at home, there are two ways to register your charging sessions for reimbursement.
Via a charge point operator (CPO)
You can link your Peblar charger to one of the supported back offices. The CPO registers your sessions and forwards the charging data to your employer or leasing company for settlement. This usually requires a subscription with the CPO. Your employer must work with that CPO and accept its settlement reports. The supported back offices are listed on the integrations page.
Via the web interface, without a CPO
You can also download your charging history from the web interface of the charger as a PDF or CSV file, filtered by month or by tag, and claim your expenses manually with your employer. On the Peblar Business the energy meter is MID certified, so these reports contain officially validated energy data. In the Netherlands a MID certified charger is required for official settlement with an employer.
RFID tags
Any physical charge card (RFID tag) can start and stop a session on your Peblar charger. Peblar supports common protocols such as MIFARE Classic and MIFARE DESFire. Without a CPO connection the tag only works as access control and no charging data is sent anywhere. The charger uses one list of authorised tags at a time: either the external list managed by the CPO over OCPP, or the local list you manage in the web interface.
Mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported, only physical RFID tags.
