Not directly. A session is stopped with the same tag that started it. There are two ways around this.
If the charger is managed by a charge point operator, the CPO can create a parent ID with several RFID tags linked to it. All tags under that parent ID can then start and stop each other's sessions.
On a socket version you can also log in to the web interface and use the "Unlock socket" option. This stops the session, regardless of which tag started it. On the fixed cable version this option is not available.
