The status LED at the top of the charger shows what the charger is doing.
Yellow: the charger is starting up, is not commissioned yet, is unavailable or is updating.
Green: the charger is ready. No car is connected, or the session is not authorised yet. A green flash with a beep confirms that your RFID tag was accepted.
Solid blue: authorisation was successful and the charger is waiting for the car, or charging is paused or finished.
Pulsating blue: the car is charging.
Flashing red: there is an error and charging is not possible.
What the red flashes mean
The LED flashes red in a repeating sequence. Count the flashes:
1 flash: incorrect installation or ground fault. Contact your installer.
2 flashes: internal fault. Reboot the charger from the web interface. If the fault returns, contact your installer or charge point operator.
3 flashes: connection fault with the car. Unplug the cable from the car, and on socket models also from the charger. Check the cable and plug for dirt or damage, then plug it back in. If the cable or plug is damaged, contact support. If the fault persists, contact your installer or charge point operator.
The exact error code is shown in the web interface. See What do the error codes mean and how do I resolve them?
