The charger synchronises its clock with a time server (NTP) on the internet. Warning 10301 means the clock could not be synchronised when the charger tried to connect to the back office. Warning 10302 means the charger could not resolve the address of the time server, because the DNS server is not reachable.
Both warnings usually mean the charger has no working internet connection, or that the network blocks the time server, for example on a closed VPN network or a SIM card with a private APN.
What to do
Make sure the charger is connected to the internet. On WiFi or mobile network, improve the connection or switch to an ethernet cable if possible. On ethernet, check the cable.
If the charger is on a company or VPN network, ask the network administrator to allow access to the DNS server and the default NTP server addresses.
For charge point operators: the time server can also be set from the back office with the OCPP configuration key NtpServer2. Note that Eichrecht compliance is only guaranteed with a time server of a CCTF member, such as PTB.
If the error persists, download the diagnostics of the charger and contact Peblar support or your installer.
