Warning 10000 means that the charger has lost its connection with the back office. This is usually a temporary network problem, and the charger normally reconnects by itself after a while. In the meantime the charger can still charge in offline mode, as long as the RFID tag is known to the charger for offline charging.
What to do
First check with your charge point operator whether the charge point ID has been accepted by the back office. If it has and the warning remains, check the connection on location.
Open the web interface and go to Settings, then Network. Check that the connection type you use is enabled.
Mobile network: check whether the SIM card is read and connected. If the SIM is read but the charger stays disconnected, ask your provider whether the SIM card is activated. If the SIM cannot be read, switch off the mains power, open the charger and insert the SIM card correctly.
WiFi: read the signal strength on the Diagnostics page. If it is below -70 dBm, improve it with a WiFi extender or connect the charger with an ethernet cable.
Ethernet: check the connection of the ethernet cable.
If the error persists, download the diagnostics of the charger and contact Peblar support or your installer.
