With ERE certificates the CO2 saving of your electric driving is turned into certificates with a financial value. By registering the kWh you charge at home, you can earn a compensation.
Not through Peblar
Peblar does not register or sell ERE certificates. Independent ERE registration service providers do this: they register your charged kWh, book the certificates in the official register, sell them and pay out the compensation. Several providers are active and you choose which one to use. Questions about the scheme, the expected compensation and the required data go to the provider.
Is my charger suitable?
A charger needs two things: a MID certified energy meter and a report of the charged kWh that you can send to the registration provider.
Peblar Home: no MID meter, not suitable. Peblar Home Plus: yes. Peblar Business: yes. White label chargers: ask the seller.
You find your model type at the top of the laser marking on the housing, where "AC Charger" is shown. A Peblar Home cannot be upgraded to a MID model, not with a software update and not with a hardware change. See also Which Peblar chargers have a MID certified energy meter?
Proof of MID certification
For the Home Plus and Business, Peblar provides a type examination certificate, a quality system approval and a declaration of conformity. You can download them from the downloads page and hand them to your registration provider.
Reading your charged kWh
You can download your charging history from the web interface as CSV or PDF (firmware 1.7.1 or higher), read the total meter reading in the web interface, or read the current meter reading on the display of the charger. Your registration provider may have its own format. See How do I download my charging history?
